East Cobb Cityhood Info
Our area of East Cobb is headed towards becoming a standalone city.
Creating a new City of East Cobb impacts all of us as homeowners and residents. There is typically a tax increase that follows for funding of city services and modified housing zoning.
Please visit the sites below to keep up to speed on this impactful issue.
Our voting on this issues has been moved to the May 2022 Primary instead of November 2022. May typically has a low voter turnout.

Neighborhood News
Greetings from your Membership Chair, Leslie Caylor:
Since we’ve had quite a few sales in the last year, I wanted to introduce myself and provide you with just a few items of information regarding our community. Below are some common neighborhood issues and a link to the Cobb County website. If anyone has any questions about our neighborhood Declaration which encumbers most of our lots and our Protective Covenants which encumber all of our lots, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Thanks in advance for keeping our neighborhood beautiful and our properties valuable.
