Since we’ve had quite a few sales in the last year, I wanted to introduce myself and provide you with just a few items of information regarding our community.  Below are some common neighborhood issues and a link to the Cobb County website.  If anyone has any questions about our neighborhood Declaration which encumbers most of our lots and our Protective Covenants which encumber all of our lots, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.  Thanks in advance for keeping our neighborhood beautiful and our properties valuable.
